We want you to feel the aloha spirit in every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. If your island-inspired gear isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the items at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
